Production and dispatch times
- All in stock ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 2 business days.
- Monogrammed Power Pouches will be embroidered, made and shipped within 7 business days.
- Bespoke Power Pouches and all made-to-order items will be made and shipped within 2-3 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If you're on a tight schedule or need an item by a specific date, please email us before placing your order - we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping
All orders are dispatched from our London Atelier. We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping with tracked and signed UPS services:
Shipping times once dispatched:
- UK: 1-2 days
- Europe: 5-8 days
- Rest of the world: 10-14 days
- London same-day courier: Available upon request - please email us for a quote and to arrange collection.
Important Notice for International Shipments (outside of the United Kingdom):
All product prices and shipping fees for deliveries outside the United Kingdom do NOT include any customs or import duties. Orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The person receiving the delivery is considered the Importer of Record and is responsible for paying all import duties and taxes. If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any import fees incurred, and the return shipping charges.
We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate how much they might be. For more details, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
Orders from the U.S.- Following tariff negotiations in April 2025, you should not expect to pay extra customs fees on orders under $800. However, customs regulations can occasionally vary, and we cannot guarantee that additional duties or taxes will never be applied. Any import duties or taxes on orders over $800 USD, or in rare cases under this amount, are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note Angie Power is not responsible for any delays or lost packages that are beyond our control once dispatched and handed to your courier service.
Once you've received a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have any queries on the whereabouts of your parcel, duties and customs matters or anything relating to the delivery, please directly refer to your local UPS customer service to help you with your queries.
We offer free shipping on orders over £300.

Returns and exchanges:
- Ready-to-ship, stocked pieces can be exchanged or refunded.
- Custom, Made-to-order or Bespoke orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We hope that you will love our pieces, however, in the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out via email. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will try our best to find a suitable solution. Please note if an exchange or refund is agreed between the customer and Angie Power, the order must be posted back with a Tracked & Signed service and delivery costs will be payable in full by the customer. The refund or exchange will be processed only once the order has been received back at the atelier:
