All orders are dispatched from our London Atelier. We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping with tracked and signed UPS services:

Shipping times once dispatched:

• UK: 1-2 days
• Europe: 5-8 days
• Rest of the world: 10-14 days
• London same-day courier: Available upon request - please email us for a quote and to arrange collection.

Important Notice for International Shipments (outside of the United Kingdom):

All product prices and shipping fees for deliveries outside the United Kingdom do NOT include any customs or import duties. Orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The person receiving the delivery is considered the Importer of Record and is responsible for paying all import duties and taxes. If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any import fees incurred, and the return shipping charges.

We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate how much they might be. For more details, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

Important information for orders to the US. 

Recent changes to US import rules mean that all orders shipped from the UK to the United States are now subject to import duties, whatever their value. The previous duty-free allowance for lower-value parcels no longer applies.

-Orders placed through our website will be shipped with UPS. The recipient will be charged import fees and any additional charges on delivery. Please be aware that the recipient will also be charged a brokerage fee by UPS which is outside of our control. 

-For orders to the US you may wish to arrange shipping through Royal Mail via the postal channel to bypass additional brokerage charges. Please contact us prior to purchase for more information about how to arrange this and for a calculation of import fees, which we would need to be settled before shipping your order.
